I Eat My Skin Care

I get lots of comments on the condition of my skin. Questions about what products I use or what work I’ve had done.

I thought I would share my secret to gorgeous, smooth and sexy skin at any age. Nope I am not selling a skin care line of personal products. I don’t use fancy, expensive skin care. I don’t do botox or shots or any of that.

My choice works for me and I am happy to share what I do with you.

I eat my skin care.

I am not saying that what you apply on the outside doesn’t matter at all. You should check your products and be sure you are not putting on bunches of chemicals that seep deep into the biggest organ you have; your skin. With that said, I know you love to be pampered and if it feels good.

 

What feels even better is to work it from the inside out.

Ready for my secret? It’s in the grocery store and in my breakfast. An amazing nutrient dense and divinely delicious dish that once you start eating you will not only have glowing, sexy skin. Be forewarned here that there may be side affects including:

  • weight loss
  • energetic shifts
  • satisfaction and satiation upon completion of a meal
  • amazing feelings of awesomeness

Here’s my super skin care regime that I incorporate for breakfast.

These are the super sexy skin care foods, chia seeds, flax seeds, pecans, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, avocado, blueberries, greens.

There are lots of ways to whip up a simple easy breakfast meal by simply incorporating these foods into a bowl and mix, into oats and stir, into the blender and whir, into pancakes and pour, into muffins and bake.
