Confidence is the Only Accessory You Need

You know that woman who turns heads when she walks in a room? It doesn’t matter where she goes or what she wears because her attitude exudes confidence.
Her confidence is oozing all over her and dripping on everyone else she meets.
It’s infectious.
You wanna talk to her, you want to be her. You simply want what she’s having.
Her weight or age doesn’t seem to matter. She just knows and then you know it too.
Imagine if you could have enough confidence to walk into a crowded room as if you owned it and it was your party. Just like that confident woman you are in awe of? How would that change your life? your business? your relationships?
I have polled hundreds of women and asked what is the one thing holding them back from doing what they want in their life. The resounding answer was their weight. They say that if they felt better in their bodies, they would have more confidence.
Even though they woman are searching for weight loss, gaining confidence was the ultimate goal.
So what is this thing we call confidence?
According to the dictionary, confidence is a feeling of self assurance arising from one’s own abilities or qualities.

Now that we know what “confidence” is, how do you get it?
There are 2 simple steps you can take that will make a huge impact on your confidence and skyrocket you to feeling awesome. Are you ready?
1. FOOD
Food and Confidence? What? How is food going to increase my confidence, you ask? Again, having the opportunity to work with hundreds of ladies on this issue, I see over and over again how changing their food and what they eat improves their confidence in just one week. When you LOSE weight, you gain CONFIDENCE. There is a direct correlation. It’s like magic, it works every time, week after week, and it works like this.
Eating better makes you feel better, more empowered & in control.
If you are in control of your eating, and you are making choices you know are good for you, that immediately sets in motion the confidence factor. The shift to “cooking naked” (preparing and eating foods in their most natural form) empowers you to take the bull by the horns, grab the wheel, and set in motion a series of changes that happen physically and mentally in your body.
Eating better quality food makes you think clearly, propelling you to make better decisions in all areas of your life. If you don’t believe me, I am not going to send you to my testimonials page, but I am going to suggest you try a confidence building experiment.
So here it is.
For one week commit to eating NO SUGAR, NO WHEAT, NO DAIRY, NOTHING REFINED OR PROCESSED. IN other words your week will consist of vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts, seeds, avocado, wild fish. YUP. I am not kidding. “Lose the fake stuff and get real and GAIN LEAPS AND BOUNDS ON THE CONFIDENCE SCALE.
2. ATTITUDE
If you have at any point in your life participated in the school play, that’s awesome. Here is where you can hone in on those skills. ACT AS IF… Yup. You heard it here. Act as if you are the most confident sexy woman walking around. How do you do that? Make some physical changes. Pull your shoulders back, head up, chest out and open your heart.
And smile.
This simple adjustment in posture changes everything. People will see you differently and you’ll start to act differently. You won’t be able to help it. With your chest out and your heart open, begin watch how magic happens. Again I won’t send you testimonials but I will ask you to partake in a self experiment and make the adjustments to your physical body.
Mental shifting works here too. How about “becoming less interested in why you can’t” and see how the magic happens as your attitude shifts. I mean don’t think about why you can’t do the thing you want to do. Just do it.
