Who said that ice cream was off limits? When you are naked, there is nothing that is not available to you. Whipping up this delectable cold and creamy concoction will fool even the biggest ice cream junkie. The best part being that you won’t feel sick, bloated or fat after eating it.
You can even have this for breakfast!
You’ll need a high powered blender for best results with this recipe. Of course you know how I adore my vitamix. Watch here as I use my vitamix to make a Green Blueberry Icey Dreamy Concoction. The fab thing about this recipe is that you can play with different yummy flavors.
I suggest that become friends with you blender. Know how it works. Making the creamy ice dream requires you to stand by and slowly monitor the progress. You don’t want to whip it too much or you’ll lose the ice cream consistency and be drinking a smoothie instead. Not that that’s a bad thing. But if you are chilling for ice cream, that simply won’t do! So know your machine and how it works. You’ll become a pro before long.
But seriously, you really can’t screw it up. Naked ingredients always satisfy the body. How can any kind of icey dreamy creamy stuff ever taste bad?
Here is another version for you to try and please feel free to pin, post and share this picture:
I have just read the recipe for banana and walnut ice cream as well as the banana, date, unsalted cashew recipe. What could I use to subtitute for banana? I am incorporating more raw food into my life/ I eat salads every day, and drink lots of warm lemon water.
