Card Deck Creator Interview Series: Everyday Enlightenment

MEET BECKY LUNDIN. 

As a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, Becky never thought she needed a deck of cards. Ironically was an injured knee that lead her to watercoloring and then to the Card Deck Creation Course.

Becky’s “Everyday Enlightenment” Cards help clients find a focus for the day. Her goal is for everyone to experience how awareness and mindset help create a wonderful new way of being. 

Enjoy my interview with Becky as we talk about what got her here, her journey thru the creation process, and how she is getting her cards into her clients hands. 

Becky’s 48 card deck is filled with “Today I am” statements that set your focus and capture your attention. She pulls one for us in this interview. 

I picked this one for you too,  “Today I am centered”.  Breathe in the energy of centeredness, hold that feeling while you declare out loud,  “I am centered”.

I love that she also asks questions, “How do you feel as you focus on the energy of being centered? Calm? Grounded? Balanced?”  Really makes you think. 

She continues each card with a little action suggestion, “Consciously go thru your day with the feeling of being centered in all things. Breathe.”
