    These 4 Power-filled tools can be used to embrace, improve and practice the art of self love.  Just like any new skill, it takes practice. And practice will make you perfect for today. 

    You are always perfect for today.

    Firstly, decide what it is that you really want. Then declare and document it by writing it on paper. 

    Let the fun begin. Step into these steps. Each of these actions offer you the opportunity to do things differently. That small shift will provoke a powerful change in how you think and feel about yourself. 

    Self love is knowing deep inside that anything is possible for YOU.

    Are you ready?

    Persistence.

    Believe it in. Believe that nothing can stop you. You keep going. Even when you free like you can’t. Even if you are frustrated. And especially if you are ready to give up. Just keep going. Take the next best step and keep going.

    Perseverance.

    You practice, you persist and you repeat. You just keep going. You don’t stop. Even if you feel like you can’t. Even if you are frustrated. And especially if you are ready to give up. Just keep going. Take the next best step and keep going.

    Practice.

    Any kind of Self Mastery and change is a process. It takes the time it takes. Be kind and gentle with yourself and your thoughts about it. Don’t judge the process or force it. Practice is how you grow and learn. Lighten up about it and let it flow.  Keep taking the next best step and just keep going. (And yes you DO know the step, it’s the one that you feel with your heart)

    Presence.

    This is the one step you can practice anywhere at anytime all the time. This will change how you experience the moment. Here is a simple way to experience the art of presence. Simply pull your thoughts to your feet. Feel your feet. Focus on your feet. Wiggle your toes. You’ll notice that your attention goes there and the other thoughts that were running rampant thru your head will start to diminish and slow down. So stay right here. Right now. That is being present. If you start to think about the future and what needs to happen or the past and what you wish didn’t happen, you’re missing the moment. Come back here. Right here. Right now. Where everything is exactly as it should be. And keep practicing.
